Gulbarga Vs Gulbarg

Gulbarga Vs Gulbarg

In 2002, this week was significant. 12 years later, this week still remains significant.

12 years back, Feku didn't have guts to look into the eyes of the ill-fated residents of Gulbarg society... 12 years on, he still doesn't have those guts.

-  Yesterday (28th Feb, 2014), he was speaking at Gulbarga, Karnataka. I'm sure the name must have rang the bell in his ears. As usual he went on speaking about what he will do if BJP comes to power and all. Probably he got confused and discussed Telangana too. But he never spoke a word on Godhra riots.

28 Feb, 2002, was the day when a 3-day massacre was let free...

-  Feku has been going around the country, telling different audience how concerned he is for everyone. How he thinks they deserve a gem of a leader like him who is just, non-communal and truthful. He lets them know how bad the current central governance is and the nation is back to the stone age! But he forgets that however far he may want to go, the questions of his past will always haunt him.

-  It has been 12 years since the fight for justice begin. Widow of slain ex-MP Ehsaan Jafri Mrs. Zakia Jafri has not been able to sleep peacefully and has been forced to such pain in old age. No doubt (after spending crores and treating the SIT Chief as VIP) the judiciary has given Feku a "cleanchit", why hasn't he spoke anything on Gulbarg massacre? Why hasn't he expressed his grief directly to the people? Why hasn't he atleast wrote a letter of sympathy to Zakia? We know that the "puppies die under the tyre" but if you are innocent and not ashamed of what you did, how about a few words in public for those puppies?

It seems talking about suparis, fishes and road accidents is a safer option for him than on actually issues. but lets hope he doesn't forget that...

People of Gulbarga will forget you and people of Gulbarg will never let you forget them.
